DENTAL Insurance

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies directly, whenever possible. You can find a list below of insurance companies to whom we regularly direct bill. If you don’t see your insurance company listed below, let us know and we’ll look into direct billing for you! We encourage our patients to talk to their insurance company regarding the coverage of their plan. This can avoid any disappointments regarding the decline of payment of treatment.

FINANCING

 

We offer financing of your dentures through DentalCard.

DentalCard offers a variety of ways you can pay for your dentures. You can choose to finance the full amount, or DentalCard can finance a portion. Your equal monthly payments can also be customized to suit your budget; payment options range from 6 months to 6 years…it’s so easy. – DentalCard

DentalCard is a simple way to finance your dental services and immediately acquire the care you need.

  • Submit your application online, by phone, or by fax – you choose how much you want to finance and your ideal terms (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, etc.).

  • DentalCard will notify you of the credit decision by phone.

  • DentalCard sends payment directly to our clinic and you pay them your pre-determined monthly payments.
