While we don’t require referrals for new patients, dental professionals are more than welcome to send a referral form regarding a new or mutual patient. If you have a patient who needs a new set of dentures, either complete or partial, or could benefit from denture relines, repairs, or additions, fill out the appropriate referral form on this page. We offer three locations, one for Victoria area residents, the second for Sidney area residents and the third one for Langford area residents.
