Caring for your Complete Dentures

• Clean your dentures every day. Plaque and tartar can build up on false teeth, just like they do on natural teeth.
• Brush dentures twice daily with a denture brush and liquid soap. Do not brush dentures with toothpaste! It is very abrasive and can damage your denture.
• Soak dentures once daily for 20 minutes (or overnight) in the special cleaner for false teeth provided to you by your denturist, or in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
